1. Booking & Scheduling:

    •    Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

    •    You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

    •    One-to-one lessons  are available both online and in-person (subject to availability).

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

    •    48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    •    Lessons canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited

.   •    Each student may cancel up to four lessons per school year with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty

    •    If I need to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund (if applicable).

    •   If a student is unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. In some cases a rescheduled lesson may be offered at my discretion.

3. Late Arrivals:

    •    If you arrive late, the lesson will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other students.

    •    If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be considered a no-show and forfeited.

4. Make-Up Lessons:

    •    If a lesson is missed with at least 48 hours’ notice, a make-up lesson may be offered depending on availability.

    •   Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and must usually be scheduled within the same school term.

   •    Lessons missed without sufficient notice are considered forfeited.

5. No-Show clause:

    •   If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled.

6. Payment & Refunds (For future upgrades to paid plans):

    •    Payment for the lesson must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

    •    All lessons are non-refundable, except in cases where I need to cancel.

    •    Lessons may be cancelled if payment has not been received on time.

 

7. Online Lessons:

    •    Online lessons are available worldwide, and I use professional audio and video equipment to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

    •    Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for your lesson.

    •    Teacher is not responsible for technical issues on student side.

8. Commitment & Progress:

    •    Regular practice is encouraged to make the most of your lessons.

    •    Personalised lesson plans are designed to suit your goals, whether learning for fun, exams, or performances.

9. Stopping Lessons:

    •    If you decide to stop lessons, at least two weeks’ notice is required. Lessons scheduled during this notice period remain payable. This allows time to offer the lesson slot to another student.

10. Studio Closure / Holidays:

    •    Lessons follow the local school term calendar unless otherwise stated.

    •   Any planned teacher holidays or schedule changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Teacher Termination Clause:

    •    I reserve the right to discontinue lessons if they are not a good fit for the student or studio.

12. Photo / Media Consent:

    •    Occasionally photos or short video clips of lessons or performances may be used for studio promotion. No student images will be shared without parent or student consent.

13.   Privacy & Data Usage:

    •    Personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
