Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee or be forfeited. 2. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late for your lesson, the session will end at the scheduled time, and the full lesson fee will apply. 3. Refund Policy: • All lessons are non-refundable unless canceled by the teacher due to unforeseen circumstances. If I need to cancel a lesson, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Payment & Refunds (For future upgrades to paid plans) • Payment details will be discussed individually. • All lessons are non-refundable, except in cases where I need to cancel. 5. Online Lessons • Online lessons are available worldwide, and I use professional audio and video equipment to ensure a high-quality learning experience. • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for your lesson. 6. Commitment & Progress • Regular practice is encouraged to make the most of your lessons. • Personalized lesson plans are designed to suit your goals, whether learning for fun, exams, or performances. 7. Privacy & Data Usage: • Your information is used only for the purpose of booking lessons and will not be shared with third parties.
